There are several methods offered to the end user for telephone support of their software: |
| For the office with minimal technical support needs, we offer one hour prepaid telephone support or
minute by minute support. To set up services, contact our office at (406) 860-7872 or email us at techsupport@officesupportunltd.com. |
| MediSoft, the company, offers monthly contracts or yearly, which allows unlimited calls
to the MediSoft support team directly for the month purchased. As an independent dealer, this contract can be purchased directly through us. MediSoft support
answers questions related to the operation of MediSoft in a physician's office or a billing service. We are unable to assist with network configuration, computer
hardware problems, or training on how to do medical billing. MediSoft will provide software assistance to any customer with version 8 and up. |
| AltaPoint, the company, offers a variety of support contracts which allows unlimited calls for the
length of the contract purchased. As an independent dealer, these contracts can be purchased directly through us. AltaPoint's scope of service provides explanation
of the software's features and usage, and basic software trouble shooting. The service does not include hardware trouble shooting or support, or network trouble
shooting or support. Support for custom forms and reports can also be purchased. |
